Based on the SDG Investor Map, UNDP’s market intelligence tool on SDG investments, the UNDP Africa Investment Insights Report provides an overview of private sector opportunities with economic, social and environmental potential for sustainable development progress across Africa. In its third edition, utilizing market intelligence from 16 African SDG Investor Maps, the UNDP Africa Investment Insights Report emphasizes climate-related investment opportunities. It provides avenues for the private sector to support African countries’ Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement, drawing on UNDP’s climate expertise and its global Climate Promise 2025.
