This report shows the findings from the third round of the Social Services Satisfaction Survey. It encompasses feedback from 530 beneficiaries who received services from around 57 service providers, both public and non-public, across 25 municipalities. In contrast to the previous rounds that primarily focused on persons with disabilities, Roma and Egyptians, this third round broadened its scope to include a wider range of beneficiaries, such as families in need, women in need, children in need, elderly, and youth in need.
