The event brought together diverse voices from government, private sector, civil society, academia, and local communities. It provided a platform for discussing the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and exploring ways to enhance their vocational rehabilitation and economic empowerment.
"Our ministry is committed to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities through innovative initiatives and partnerships. This forum highlights our efforts and paves the way for new collaborations to further enhance the economic empowerment of people with disabilities in Iraq." said Ahmed Alasadi, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs.
