About the Event:
The International Day of Peace Run 2023 is funded by the European Union, organized by UNDP in coordination with OSASG-Cyprus under the auspices of The Technical Committee on Culture with RUNITE and will take place in the old city of Nicosia. The run will consist of an 8km course, with the route passing through renowned landmark streets of Nicosia. The run will promote a culture of running and a healthier lifestyle while also underscoring the importance of common heritage sites in fostering peace and unity.

Registration Form
Registration is mandatory for this event. Please register via the provided link by 20th September 2023.
To register for the Running Event, complete the form provided on the International Peace Day webpage on UNDP Cyprus’ website.
Each person is allowed one registration.
Only registered participants will receive a t-shirt based on their form details. Pick up location will be Home for Cooperation on the morning of the run, 23rd September 2023.
Participation in the peace run is free.
Start/Finish Point
The start and finish line will be positioned in front of the Home for Cooperation café in the Ledra Palace Buffer zone.
Start time
The event will commence at 09:00AM. Please be there at least half an hour earlier to collect your t-shirt.
Identification Document
Participants are required to carry their respective ID cards along with them throughout the running event.
