  • 8.30 - 10.00 – Partnership Together for Climate Finance: Towards the Achievement of Paris Agreement and SDGs”. Location: Indonesian Pavilion
    This panel session showcases, and shares lessons learned about the Green Sukuk initiative by the Indonesian government, supported by UNDP Indonesia.

  • 09:00 - 17:30 – Investment COP. Location: Vienna House Easy Angelo / Katowice, Poland
    The inaugural Investment COP will be the first convening of countries, project developers, investors and other stakeholders to design and mobilise investment projects.
  • 11:30 - 13:00 – One UN side event on SDG15: Forests first. Location: Wisla
    From 10 years of REDD+ to the full scope of nature-based climate solutions.
  • 12:30 - 14:00 – FAO and UNDP: Gender mainstreaming in adaptation for agriculture. Location: COP 24 Pavilion E Ground Floor - Pacific and Koronivia Pavilion
    The event will feature speakers from Fiji, Guyana, Kenya, Tonga, and Uruguay providing insights based on national experiences in mainstreaming gender in adaptation for agricultural development.

The period from now until 2020 is critical to the success of the Paris Agreement. For UNDP, UN partners and the wider international community, the mission is clear: to push for countries, communities and the private sector to scale up ambition.
