Sale of Disposed Office Assets (002/UNDP/SALE/2024) - External

You are invited to submit sealed bid (s) for the purchase of used office properties (computers, laptops) and vehicle as detailed in the attached List of Items 

 

 

Terms and Conditions 

 

  1. Bidders are urged to inspect the items prior to submitting bids. The items can be inspected starting from 7 – 16 October 2024 from 10.00 – 12.00 hours, and 13.00 – 15.00 hours at 

 

  • UNDP Country Office, Menara Thamrin Building Lt. 10 (ex-UNODC office), Jl. MH. Thamrin Kav.3, Jakarta 10250  

  • MTB Parking Area 2nd Floor (for vehicle)

  1. Please note that some items are sold in group/lot and individual 

 

  1. Bidders are required to complete the attached form (Auction Form) to indicate their bids and to provide contact information. A copy of the form is available in UNDP Indonesia website:  

https://www.id.undp.org/content/indonesia/en/home/operations/Auction.html , and can also be requested from Common Services Section–Administration Unit UNDP Jakarta at UN Lobby - 7th floor. 

 

  1. Deposit: 

  1. Deposit is IDR 300,000 per lot and submitted to UNDP Finance unit at 8th floor, and bidders will receive signed Deposit Form 

 

  1. The auction is conducted by submitting sealed envelope from 7 – 17 October 2024 (during working days) during 10.00 – 12.00 hours, and 13.00 – 15.00 hours.  

 

 

 

Sealed envelope must be submitted to: 

 

  • Common Services Section–Administration Unit (Reception area) UNDP, Menara Thamrin 7th floor, Jl. MH Thamrin Kav 3, Jakarta 10250,  

 

Required documents for bid submissions follow: 

  1. Duly completed auction form  

  1. Duly completed auction deposit form/receipt form 

  1. Copy of ID card (KTP) 

Proof of security deposit: IDR 300,000 per lot, and for vehicle IDR 2,000,000.—(in cash) 

  1. SURAT PERNYATAAN (for vehicle only),

  1. Late submission will be rejected. 

 

  1. For the successful bidders, the security deposit will be part of the payment to the total bid value. The deposit is not refundable for winners who do not collect the items they successfully bid. For the losers, the deposit is refundable and could be collected by bidders from UNDP Finance Unit starting from 28 Oct. – 5 Nov. 2024 

 

  1. UNDP reserves the right to reject any bids without giving any reasons. 

 

  1. The items are offered for sale in an “As is” and “Where is” condition, and after the purchase of the items, ownership and responsibility for the goods, including use of the goods, are transferred to the buyer in its entirety. 

 

  1. The list of successful bidders will be announced at UNDP Indonesia website: https://www.id.undp.org/content/indonesia/en/home/operations/Auction.html   28 Oct. – 5 Nov. 2024 The successful bidders will be contacted to settle the payment and to collect the items on a timely basis. 

 

  1. Both payment and collection of items must be made during 28 Oct. – 5 Nov. 2024 (except on weekend and public holidays) at 10.00 – 12.00 hours, and 13.00 – 15.00 hours In the event that a successful bidder fails to make payment and/or arrangement to collect the item(s) during those days, the deposit is not refundable, and the items would be offered to the second winner.

  1. The successful bidders should remove and collect the item(s) awarded at his/her own expense and without causing any damage to surrounding property/premises. Neither mechanical nor manpower will be provided for removal/collection of the items. He/she will reimburse UNDP for any damage sustained as a result of his/her removal of the item(s) purchased. 

 

  1. Please note. For a vehicle, the minimum bid is IDR 50,000,000 with KM 26446 year 2014. 

 

  1. This is a duty-free vehicle. Hence, the winner is responsible for tax settlement.
