This analysis draws a map of the data produced within central public institutions in Kosovo by analyzing all the public documents that these institutions share online. By assessing how data is shared among public institutions and used in policy-making processes, the assessment provides a basis for recommendations for increased and effective use, collection, and management of data by institutions in the long term.
