You are happy when you can see the results of your work, and you are happiest when the results continue to be seen in the long run. Maybe it's not the moment to remind people about the coronavirus and the pandemic from which we all came out vulnerable and sad, but we should also remember how we tried to help everyone, absolutely everyone, in such unusual conditions. Together with our partner and donor the European Union, we managed to start a Humanitarian Assistance Project (HAP) for humanitarian support to the most vulnerable groups in Kosovo in record time. With the speed of lightning, we mobilized our capacities to go outside our houses and we identified those who were fighting for survival, for food, for firewood etc. Arijeta Bajrami was one of our beneficiaries of the vouchers scheme through which she was able to get support in food. A single mother, who lost her husband during the pandemic, who fed this family, found herself in the most difficult situation she could have experienced. Her story is about love, which she broadcasts even today when we decided to see how she is doing.
