Conflict Sensitivity and Monitoring and Evaluation Toolbox
Conflict Sensitivity and Monitoring and Evaluation Toolbox
September 27, 2024
The Conflict Sensitivity Guidance Note and Toolbox series is produced as part of UNDP’s Conflict Sensitivity mainstreaming work in Lebanon. The context-specific guidance notes serve as practical tools to support partners working across the humanitarian, development, and peace nexus under the Lebanon Response Plan.
The seventh toolbox in the series “Conflict Sensitivity and Monitoring & Evaluation” provides partners with practical tips for conducting conflict-sensitive M&E within the unique context of Lebanon and guidance for how to monitor and evaluate the application of conflict sensitivity. The toolbox has been developed through a consultative process with partners and experts working on M&E and social stability. It draws on real-life examples from humanitarian and stabilization interventions to illustrate how conflict sensitivity is as relevant to monitoring and evaluation as it is to any other step in the project cycle.
The toolbox is available in both English and Arabic.
