The economic micro-cluster profile of the "Heart of Nistru" provides a comprehensive analysis of its members’ business activities and the challenges to be addressed to enhance its competitiveness. The analysis also provides insights on the proposed development strategy and investment opportunities derived from collaborative partnerships established with local and national authorities, academia, and private sector entities from other regions specializing in rural tourism.

The "Heart of Nistru" micro-cluster has been developed with the support of the Swiss-funded and UNDP-implemented project "Resilient and Inclusive Markets", building upon the previous efforts made by UNDP Moldova and Switzerland from 2019 to 2022 to boost the local economy of Coșnița region, which led to a significant increase in tourist flows in the previous few years.
