A call for cross-border projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia is open within the framework of the joint regional UN program Dialogue for the Future.

The following may participate:

• public institutions - primary and secondary schools, faculties, cultural institutions, research institutes, tourism and development organizations and other public institutions in all three countries,
• local self-government units (municipalities / cities) in all three countries,
• civil society organizations (CSOs) in all three countries.

Project proposals must be of a cross-border nature, ie. they must include the project holder and at least one partner organization / institution from BiH (for applicants from Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia) or at least one partner organization from Montenegro or Serbia (for applicants from Bosnia and Herzegovina).

The priority areas and topics of the call are:

• Youth capacity building,
• Improvement of media and information literacy and media reporting,
• Improving dialogue and action for the common good,
• Improvement of the educational system in order to achieve social cohesion,
• Improving gender equality,
• Promoting cultural diversity and intercultural understanding,
• Environmental Protection.

The deadline for submission of proposals is 9 February 2020 by 5 pm. Application documents are not available in English.
