UNDP Eswatini Accelerated Lab working with Eswatini Environment Authority, experimented with a Phatsa Sakho Nawe campaign in December 2020, extending beyond its initial three-month period. The campaign sought to test the willingness of Eswatini to minimize plastic pollution by eliminating single-use plastic bags and encouraging consumers to bring their shopping bags to retail outlets. Therefore, this survey seeks to understand consumers' experiences and their views on the country's efforts to eradicate single-use plastics.
