The Dialogue of Women of Central Asian countries was initiated in 2020 by the United Nations Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) and the Regional Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Today the Dialogue has grown into an effective regional platform for a comprehensive dialogue to promote gender equality and develop long-term solutions for women’s development as part of efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region.

The Dialogue aims at realizing the creative and peacemaking potential of women to support efforts on strengthening peace, prosperity and sustainable development in the Central Asian countries and all over the world.

The publication highlights achievements and reflects on the activities held under the Chairmanship of Turkmenistan in 2022.
