Results of the public call for judges and prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The ‘Public call for judges and prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina for participation in European environmental law knowledge transfer and case law exchange with European forum of judges/prosecutors for the environment (study trip to Brussels, Belgium)’ was advertised on the UNDP BiH website from 10.07.2024 – 31.07.2024.
This public call was open to judges and prosecutors in criminal law departments in Bosnia and Herzegovina who fulfil the required criteria and have demonstrated interest to participate in the knowledge transfer and case law exchange envisaged under this Public Call. The aim of this initiative is to strengthen knowledge of judges and prosecutors in Bosnia and Herzegovina of the European environmental law, and particularly protection of the environmental through criminal matters.
The call received a total of 13 applications during its open period. An Evaluation Committee assessed each application based on predetermined mandatory and qualitative criteria.
Following the evaluation process and in adherence to the public call guidelines, eight candidates have been chosen to participate in the program. The selected candidates are:

The selected candidates will be contacted and provided with relevant details concerning the training program.
