UNDP Nepal's Response to the September Floods and Landslides

In September, heavy rainfall caused widespread flooding and landslides across Nepal, impacting the lives and livelihoods of over 70,000 individuals. In response, UNDP initiated early recovery efforts, starting with a comprehensive needs assessment in the Bagmati province. Plans are underway to extend these efforts to the Madhesh and Koshi provinces.
