The Training material of entrepreneurship and business skills development was developed within the Self-Employment Programme, as part of the Operational plan of active labor measures and programmes. 

The knowledge material, consisted of 8 thematic streams, aims to inspire creativity and proactivity among unemployed persons with aspiring business ideas to establish their own business in the competitive and demanding market.
