This report takes up the challenge of pinpointing critical issues affecting women’s participation in domestic revenue mobilization in Sierra Leone and proposes key recommendations to increase their contribution to stimulating economic activities and national revenue. These recommendations focus on cross-cutting issues that empower women economically and improve and sustain their participation in fiscal and development policy decision-making.
