Effective communication is a globally accepted instrument for delivering development support in a transparent and accountable manner. Additionally, public perception, trust, understanding and appreciation of our work, rest upon how well we communicate our mandate and results.
The Health Bulletin is platform to profile and tell the story of UNDP’s HIV and Health implementation work in South Sudan for increased visibility and appreciation of our work.
This inaugural edition captures some of our programme results and accomplishments as well as beneficiary and partner voices. Given the release of this edition around the World AIDS Day, this publication has dedicated messages on the day’s theme –Let Communities Lead.
What do the leaders of community organisations of people living with, at risk of, or affected by HIV/AIDS have to say? What more needs to be done to elevate the HIV/AIDS response to the scale and speed required? Only in this edition.
