Mercy Khozi joined the UNDP as Communications Analyst in 2019, with over 19 years of experience in mass communications, and communications for development and social change both in civil society and government. Mercy has since been instrumental in leading the implementation of the UNDP corporate communications strategy at country office level, by providing input into the design, management and implementation of country programme communications and publications strategies. Her work in the Country Office supports the national development agenda by promoting our public and media outreach and public engagement.

Mercy holds a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of Zambia.
