The Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) described in this document is developed and presented
for the public to familiarize with the project goals and activities, carry out necessary
consultations with the key stakeholders, receive feedback from various stakeholders, adequately
manage the grievances, as well as to ensure the overall effective implementation of the project.
