Cahulpan - Bread tradition
JSC “Cahulpan” is the largest bread factory in the south of the country, appreciated for its bakery products, confectionery and soft drinks. The factory was established in 1946 and the bread baked in Cahulpan has crossed borders, reaching people's tables in Romania, Greece, Ukraine, France and Germany.
Pizzeria “Augusto” - Italy in Cahul
The best Italian pizza is not only to be found in its country of origin, but also here at home in the Republic of Moldova, at Pizzeria Augusto in Cahul. The programme has a total budget of 23 million EUR, it is funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
