LocationsOrientation workshop on SDG budget tagging

The Ministry of Finance and UNDP Maldives partners to deliver a multi-agency orientation workshop on SDG budget tagging. This is the capstone exercise in a broader consultation to tag the national budget against the SDGs. Through this activity both opportunities and vulnerabilities in the current budgeting process will be identified, further enhancing the capacities of key institutions to systemically assess their budgets against evidence. The workshop will serve as an avenue for key institutions in the public finance space to promote convergence in their strategic interventions.
