Hi! My name is Zoé and I’m the new intern in the UNDP Belize. I will be working here with you until the end of June. I study emergency and risk management in Copenhagen, Denmark, currently in my 4th Semester of my bachelor’s degree, where I’ve only been introduced to the work in the humanitarian sector. As an emergency and risk manager there are many different possibilities for work, but the reason I chose this exactly is because I see myself working in this field in the future. Here at UNDP I will be working to support Climate Change/ Disaster Risk Management projects within the Energy/ Environment and Sustainable Development Portfolio.
